Our Story


Credencare was not built around a business opportunity. It was built around a problem we saw happening in Indian healthcare every single day and a belief that it could be solved with the right combination of expertise, integrity, and commitment.

On one side, we saw hospitals – genuinely good hospitals with capable doctors and dedicated staff struggling to achieve NABH accreditation because they lacked structured quality systems, proper documentation practices, and the expertise to translate their good work into the language of compliance. NABH accreditation was a goal many had, but a process very few understood well enough to navigate alone.

On the other side, we saw patients from across the developing world travelling to India for medical treatment – sometimes well-guided, often not. Patients arriving without proper coordination, facing language barriers, receiving different cost estimates at every turn, and having no one to genuinely advocate for them inside an Indian hospital system.

Credencare was created to solve both those problems. Not as a checkbox exercise, but as a genuine service driven by professionals who care about the outcome for every hospital and every patient we work with.

Credencare’s team brings together professionals from clinical medicine, hospital administration, international patient coordination, healthcare quality consulting, and healthcare communications. Our NABH consultants have direct experience working inside Indian hospitals. not just advising from the outside, which means they understand the operational realities that textbook approaches often miss.

Our medical tourism coordinators combine clinical literacy with genuine interpersonal skill. They are trained to work with patients, who may be frightened far from home and dealing with a language barrier and to provide the kind of calm, informed support that turns a daunting experience into a manageable one.
